We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Suunto. We also believe Suunto makes the finest performance watches available. If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from us you can return it within 30 days. If your purchase arrives damaged or is the incorrect item we will pay for the return shipping. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer for any return other than due to damage or error on the part of First Ascent Instruments.

We accept returns for 30 days following the date of purchase however, the item must be in "as new" condition upon receipt by First Ascent Instruments. There must not be any signs of wear on the returned item and all contents of the package must be included for a full refund to be processed.

All refunds will be addressed via the original method of payment.
