Suunto backs all of their Wristop Computers for a period of 2 years from date of original purchase. This warranty is applicable only to units purchased from an authorized Suunto Retailer. First Ascent Instruments LLC is an authorized Suunto retailer and all appropriate manufacturer warranties will apply. The Suunto 2 year warranty provides for the repair or replacement, at the discretion of Suunto Oy, of defect due to materials or workmanship. It does not cover battery, battery replacement, damage or failure from accident, misuse, neglect, mishandling, or modification. Each Wristop computer comes with a manual detailing the stipulations and limitations of warranties from Suunto Oy.

You can register your product via the above link and complete a request for service. Once confirmed, a DHL courier will pick up your Suunto and return it upon completion of the service.

Warranty repairs are returned within 7 working days and non-warranty repairs are returned within 14 working days after pick-up.
